The Process
Thinking therapy may be something you're interested in and still unsure how it will go?
My goal is to be your guide along the way. We will start with a free phone consultation to answer any questions you have and determine if we are a good fit. If you feel comfortable, I will email you forms, and we will schedule our first appointment.
At our first meeting, we will collaborate on goals and our plan moving forward. Throughout our time together, I will make sure to clarify anything that is unclear by asking questions.
I will follow your lead, knowing that you are the expert of your own life and experiences.
We will dig deep to understand the systems and narratives that have shaped you. I will compassionately challenge you and highlight themes during our sessions.

Through your hard work and dedication, you will have a deep understanding of old narratives and patterns that no longer serve you. With this awareness, you will observe and begin to break free of the things that have kept you stuck.
You will get back to your inner strength and feel confident. You will understand and trust yourself.
We will be open and honest with one another. I will consistently ask for feedback along the way and we will adjust as needed.

Your relationships will grow stronger and some may be released. This will all be in alignment with living the life that feels most authentic to you.
